Korean Gimbap Workshop

Learn how to make authentic Korean Gimbap.

In the Gimbap Workshop, hotel management students will guide participants through each step of the process. They will explain everything from cooking and seasoning the rice to cutting fresh vegetables, egg, fish, or meat fillings. Participants will also learn how to properly roll Gimbap using bamboo mats and gain tips on cutting and presenting the rolls neatly.

After the demonstration, participants will choose their preferred ingredients and get hands-on experience by rolling, cutting, and plating their own gimbap. This interactive session allows everyone to personalize their rolls and enjoy making this classic Korean dish from scratch
